1. General Terms & Conditions

Hi44 is an online gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between hi44 and its users. By using hi44's services, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.

Hi44 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, withdraw any service, and where applicable forfeit account balances — without prior explanation — particularly in cases of rule violations.

2. Account Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on hi44. hi44 may request a national ID card or other identity document at any time for age verification. Registering with false information will result in account termination and cancellation of all associated transactions.

Each individual may operate only one hi44 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth on your account.
• Please contact support to update any account information.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be closed after applicable fees are deducted.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Hi44 currently accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. New payment methods may be added in the future. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Hi44 accepts no liability for failed deposits. If funds are deducted but do not appear in your account due to a payment gateway issue, please contact support within 48 hours.

• Before making a deposit, make sure you are sending funds to the correct hi44 payment number.
• Deposits made to your hi44 account from another person's bKash or Nagad may not be accepted.
• Deposits linked to money laundering or illegal sources will result in legal action.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from hi44. Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also be sent to bKash.

VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process.

• Withdrawals will be held if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• For suspicious transactions, hi44 may delay withdrawals pending investigation.
• Withdrawal limits and benefits vary depending on your VIP level.

5. Bonus Terms & Conditions

All bonus offers on hi44 come with specific terms. Receiving a bonus does not mean you can withdraw those funds immediately — you must first complete a specified wagering requirement.

The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only. Each user may claim the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days. The bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses can be used on select games — not all games are eligible.
• Playing with a bonus may be subject to a maximum win cap.
• Hi44 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.

6. Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on hi44 are determined by a fair and independent RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in detail within the game. Please read the rules carefully before you start playing.

If a technical error makes the outcome of a game uncertain, hi44 reserves the right to cancel that round. Bets from cancelled rounds will be refunded. hi44 is not liable for game interruptions caused by power outages or internet issues.

• No changes can be made after a bet is placed.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned, the bet will be voided.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other players.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.
